He was our agent for a recent purchase of a beautiful seam home at Stone Oak, San Antonio, TX. Chad is a great agent and by adding Marci, they are a great team. Chad is very knowledgeable of the area, they both were extremely responsive to e-mails, phone calls, very organized, and Chad was always available to show us property at a moment notice Chad was extremely prompt with responding to our questions (via text, email, phone) and was on top of scheduling viewings as soon as possible, at a moment notice. But what sets him apart is that you always feel that he has your best interests at heart. He never once pushed a home he believed was overpriced or did not meet our basic criteria and on more than one occasion, explicitly said he would not buy the property himself. Chad is a great American and would often give us a good sense of the value of a particular properties and on few occasions steering us clear of properties when he felt we would find something better which will meet or exceed for exceed our criteria in another area. Each and every time, before leaving, Chad will sit with us and give his advice, the advantages and disadvantages of each house and its surroundings / neighborhood. This helped us tremendously as we didn't waste anytime to see a house which really didn't met our requirements. It shows that Chad is that type of agents who take the time to find exactly what their clients are looking for instead of chasing commissions. During the offer process, Chad helped us put together and negotiate a VERY aggressive bid and counteroffer. In a market where most offers come at or above the listing price, Chad kept in close contact with the relevant sellers agent and helped us negotiate our offer for app 20K below the listing price!!! Chad is also very knowledgeable about home improvement and during the negotiation process, he made sure that the seller took care of some legitimate home improvements, prior to closing which saved us additional app $6,000. Chad, we truly appreciate the assistant you have provided to me (and my Schatzi) through out our first time home buying process. Thank you
