Karen Stearns has been involved in the real estate industry in Williamson County for over 20 years. As Vice President of Sales in the Georgetown Center, her management experience, training and coaching skills have helped produce consistent growth for the sales associates.

Past Executive Vice President Georgetown Chamber of Commerce.

Charles Bujan is an Associate Broker for the Austin ERA Colonial Real Estate Office.  Charles has been an active Realtor for  25+ years.  He was voted Realtor of the Year in 1992.

Charles has worked with many builders in the Austin area as their lead Realtor for their home building industry.  He was the President of Bujan-Hall Custom Homes and has served as President of the Belterra water district in Dripping Springs.  Charles participates in coaching all his agents in his office.

Molly Harvey began her real estate career in Midland, Texas with Don Harvey Realtors. After 5 years in Midland, the Harvey family had the opportunity to move to San Antonio. Molly was a volunteer in numerous charitable organizations, school committees and sat on two different non-profit organization boards as she raised their two children, Hilary and Donald. In 1999, Molly re-started her real estate career in San Antonio with Kuper Realty. After successfully listing and selling San Antonio real estate for 4 years, she took the position of Vice President of Sales for ERA Colonial Real Estate. It is her personal goal and mission to bring to find and attract salespeople to her office that maintain the highest ethical and professional qualities and to help them develop and achieve their personal best.

Sharon Bujan joined ERA Colonial Real Estate in March, 2010.  As the Director of Career Development, Sharon trains the Colonial Realtors in each of their four office locations.
She is a licensed Realtor and is a certified ERA Acceleration Trainer, Brian Buffini Mentor and has eight years in real estate management.  Sharon has a Master’s in Education and retired from teaching with thirty-one years experience.   Sharon enjoys coaching Realtors and helping others move to their next level of production through career development.
