Established
in 1985, Colonial Real Estate has grown from one office
in Harker Heights, Texas to six offices throughout Central
Texas, including Copperas Cove, Georgetown, Marble Falls,
Kerrville, and San Antonio.
In
1998, Colonial Real Estate became part of ERA and is
now known as ERA Colonial Real Estate. As a result,
ERA Colonial Real Estate offers ERA's Sellers
Security® Plan, a comprehensive Home Protection
Plan®, and financing through ERA®
Mortgage.
